Inbox triage — customer messages, Linear issues, support escalations.
Standup (optional) — 5-minute sync with team if you have one. Async written for solo captains.
Captain's review — what your AI agents shipped overnight. Approve, refine, redirect.

How daily feeds weekly

Daily ships are the inputs to the weekly cadence. By Friday you have 5–7 ships to review, package, and distribute as content. Without daily, weekly has nothing to compound.
