What it is

A complete process for finding a business idea worth pursuing, as a folder you open in your AI. It interviews you, walks you through eight short steps, and saves your answers into files as you go. By the end you have one idea you believe in and a scorecard that tells you why it is the one. Or you kill a bad idea before it costs you a year. Both are wins.

It is not software. It is plain markdown, which is a fancy way of saying text. Nothing to install, nothing to log into, no keys. You bring the AI, the kit brings the process, your folder holds the result. This is the first of many MaxShip kits.

How to use it

1. Download the zip and unzip it. Now it is a folder.
2. Open the folder in a folder-native AI: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Cowork.
3. Say get started. The kit takes over from there.

Why folder-native and not a normal chat box? Because that is what lets your AI read the instructions, remember everything you tell it, and save your answers back into the files. The step nobody else has

Every idea-validation checklist scores two things: is there money, is there a market. This one adds a third that quietly decides whether you will be happy: does the business drop you into the life you actually want? Which niche puts you in the rooms and around the people you love. What you already love that could become a legitimate business expense. A profitable business that shrinks your life is still the wrong business. Step 5 makes you look at that before you commit years.

The kit works fully on its own. Is it really free?

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The kit is plain markdown, which is just text. You open the folder in an AI tool and talk to it in plain English. If you can unzip a file and type two words, you can run it.

What do I need to run it?

A folder-native AI: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Claude Cowork. The kit is built to be opened as a folder, not pasted into a chat box, because that is what lets the AI remember your answers and save them back as files.

How is this different from the free 7-day email course?

The course teaches the method over seven emails. The kit runs the method with you and remembers everything in files. It also adds a step the course does not have, the lifestyle-fit check, plus an optional web-research power-up.

Are there hidden tools or secrets in it?

None. The kit ships with zero secrets or keys. There is one optional power-up (Firecrawl) where you connect your own free key if you want your AI to pull live competitor and forum data. Totally optional.
