Definition
The Command Kit is the open-source folder structure that captains drop into their machine to start running the Command layer.
It's just markdown files: a CLAUDE.md schema, a knowledge wiki, project-management spaces, strategy templates. When your AI reads it, it gets the theory of your business in the shape it needs.
The kit is intentionally simple — it's the *scaffolding*, not the playbook. The playbook (the captain's judgment, the gotchas, the patterns that worked) lives in the Blueprints, which are paid.
